Jamie Busic serves as CEO and co-founder of Bluemile. He brings extensive experience in the design and implementation of large scale communication networks as well as technology strategy for both Enterprise and Communications Companies. His area of expertise is creating highly functional teams for all aspects of business, revenue creation and growth, and the ability to bring product to market quickly and profitably.

Michael Marlowe serves as President and co-founder of Bluemile. He is an accomplished executive with a proven fifteen year track record leading diverse projects across a variety of industries. He has solid project management skills with effective combination of directing multiple priorities and generating innovative strategies to meet and exceed performance objectives. He is an articulate communicator at all organizational levels and demonstrates ability to exceed goals through relationship building, customer service and team leadership.

Larry DiGiovanni serves as partner and CMO and is a multidiscipline telecommunications and technology professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing and consulting. He has a proven track record measured by business revenue, customer satisfaction, and achievement of revenue goals. His efforts over the last several years have focused on developing large revenue streams in the telecommunications wholesale arena, consulting a number of Fortune 500 companies and developing e-commerce solutions.

Mark DiGiovanni serves as partner and COO for Bluemile. Mark brings a unique fusion of expertise in strategy, operations and business development. His expertise in these three areas remain key tenets to his success and can be measured by the results and success achieved within every business situation he has created or been a part of. Mark’s more recent efforts have been focused on creating a value within the wholesale telecommunications arena and developing a multi-million dollar consulting business. Developing strategic relations in a vendor capacity also demands Mr. DiGiovanni’s focus and has been a major contribution provided for Bluemile, Inc.

John McKenna serves as Vice President of Enterprise Sales. John brings 15 years of experience and success in sales, management and operations. Prior to joining Bluemile, he served as General Manager at Netech Inc., a leader in network and data center integration, where he was responsible for successfully and profitably opening the Ohio market while overseeing day-to-day operations. He also has held sales and leadership positions with AT&T, StorageTek and Cisco. John’s sales leadership provides emphasis on always enhancing value for customers and business partners, and a strong conviction for teamwork. His business initiatives are designed with one goal in mind, to bring greater value to all of Bluemile’s constituents. John earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University. He enjoys traveling, coaching his three kids and spending time with his wife, Christina, their family and friends.

Paul Guyot serves as Chief Financial Officer, and he brings over 25 years of financial management experience as a CPA to his current role as CFO, where he is responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial activities of the company. Prior to joining Bluemile, he was in private practice for the last 16 years advising businesses and individual clients on various financial and tax issues. He has managed large staffs of financial professionals in his prior roles with companies in the mortgage banking (The Kissell Company) and healthcare (Grant Medical Center)industries. In those roles, he was responsible for financial statement generation, as well as management of various departments such as Cashiering, Payroll, and General Accounting. Paul graduated from Ohio University in 1981 with a duel major of Accounting and Quantitative Methods and passed the CPA exam shortly thereafter. He began his career with Arthur Anderson & Co. in the tax department.

Steve Brown serves as Vice President of Network Operations and has held a variety of roles in engineering, operations, planning, and sales over his 15 years in the Telecommunications industry. Steve served most recently as the Senior Systems Engineer for Sonus Networks Midwest Region, where he was responsible for selling, architecting and troubleshooting customer VoIP networks. He also served as the Manager of Network Planning and Operations at XO Communications (formerly Nextlink) in Columbus, Ohio. His responsibilities at XO ranged from planning, designing, budgeting, procurement and implementation. While at XO, Steve served as co-chairman for the Ohio LNP Workshop.

Bill Carpenter serves as Data Center Director and brings 30 years experience in data center operations including working with major corporations Xerox and Limitedbrands. He came to Bluemile highly recommended. One such recommendation is “Bill has the superb understanding of the cabling infrastructure used at Limitedbrands, Inc. In fact, he wrote the book on it! He has been involved in many infrastructure projects of many magnitudes. From adding or increasing the size of an IDF to a full build out of new areas and new buildings, Bill has done it all! Ryan Troy serves as Director of Cloud Compute and has over 12 years of Unix System Administration experience, working in diverse industries that range from web hosting, service provider and cloud infrastructure engineering. He is passionate about virtualization and holds a VCP certification for VMware products. Ryan co-authored VMware Cookbook published by O’Reilly Media, Inc. Ryan also founded the now-official Ubuntu Linux Forums in October 2004. Ryan, co-authored Ubuntu Unleashed 2010 5th Edition as well as written articles for Linux Identity magazine and co-authored articles for Linux+ magazine.

Chris Kane serves as Director of Network Engineering at Bluemile. Chris first started in communications with the U.S. Navy where he held Top Secret and NATO Secret clearances. He has been working on large and small data networks for over 12 years and has enjoyed time in multiple sectors including; Service Provider, Finance, Retail, Education and Manufacturing. Chris obtained his CCIE in Routing and Switching in 2005. He resides in Columbus Ohio with his lovely wife and two wonderful children.
