We feature all-fiber connectivity, redundant power and cooling systems, and multiple security layers. Our National and Data Center networks are characterized by their highly redundant, fault-tolerant architecture and carrier class components. Upon this strongly rooted foundation, a powerful framework was constructed to enable our customers to run their web sites and applications with peace of mind.

- PCI compliant cages with triple threat (card-fingerprint-code) access into cage and customer monitored cameras
- Falcon Alert System provides email alerts to data center personnel of issues involving HVAC, generator, fire alarms, batteries, rectifiers, etc.

- Carrier and customer patch panels are located side by side facilitating connection choice and interconnects
- Flat rate pricing for cross connects by connection type regardless of carrier or connection size
- Transition to a new carrier requires a patch cord change not an equipment move
- Carrier mix creates easy access to redundant and failover connections
- Any carrier is welcome to establish a presence in the MMR to serve their customers
