• Carrier and customer patch panels are located side by side facilitating connection choice and interconnects
• Flat rate pricing for cross connects by connection type regardless of carrier or connection size
• Transition to a new carrier requires a patch cord change not an equipment move
• Carrier mix creates easy access to redundant and failover connections
• Any carrier is welcome to establish a presence in the MMR to serve their customers
